This intensive 5-day event focuses on elevating skills, enhancing confidence, and promoting professional growth. It marks the beginning of an ongoing commitment to personal advancement and vital support for fellow women in law enforcement.
The Summit provides the highest level of training, mentorship, and resources, utilizing innovative learning methodologies led by world-class instructors.
Throughout the Summit, officers will face various challenges, including evaluating their firearms proficiency, defensive tactics, and decision-making skills under extreme stress, fostering teamwork and adaptability. Additionally, participants will engage in a 4.5-mile hike designed to challenge them both physically and mentally. This comprehensive method aims to equip participants with the skills
and resilience required to thrive.
